You may not finished your registration process: After introducing all information required in the Registration Form and pressed to the “Register” button, the system sends you an email to confirm your mail account. You may be experiencing difficulties with video for the following reasons:
Internet connection interrupted: ensure that your connection to the internet is active.
Accessing media file from behind a corporate firewall: Occasionally, corporate firewalls and/or proxy servers do not allow video to play through internal corporate networks. You will need to either connect to the broadcast site from outside of the firewall or ask your network administrator to open port 80 which supports audio & video streaming.
Verify that your speakers are turned on and that the volume is set at an audible level. Be sure to set the volume in the bottom menu of the platform.
By clicking anywhere in the screen, you may hide or show the different menus of the platform. If you don’t see the menus, just click in the screen and they should reappear.
You may do not have access to the new video for the following reasons:
The video is not available yet: The sessions will be presented in sequence. Any time a new video is available you will receive an email. In your account, the thumbnail of the video will be displayed in color.
You did not finish the previous session: As this course is provided in sequence, to achieve each session you must watch the video (at least the 75% of it) and answer the quiz. Under each video you will see a progression bar for each element (video and quiz). Please, ensure that each bar has a check mark in the right meaning that you complete it so you are ready for the next session.
